Greenwich Foot Tunnel is a river crossing under the Thames between Greenwich and the Isle of Dogs. The 370 metre long tunnel opened in 1902 and was designed by Sir Alexander Binnie. A section of the tunnel at the northern end is noticeably narrower as a result of repair work required following damage in WWII.
